CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund, minus a $5 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund. In the case of an emergency, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds may be issued at the camp’s discretion.
